Shipping

The following shipping methods are available:

• Free shipping without tracking (usually 1 to 3 weeks)
• Shipping with tracking (usually 1 to 2 weeks)
• Standard parcel (usually 1 to 2 weeks)
• Express post parcel (usually 2 to 7 days)

Orders are almost always shipped within 24 hours. Occasionally, when there are too many orders to process before the Post Office closes, the remaining orders will be shipped the next day.

Most small orders are posted via Australia Post in bubble wrap lined envelopes or heavy duty tough cardboard envelopes without tracking by default to keep shipping costs and item prices as low as possible. This helps to pass savings on to you.

If you would like your order sent with tracking please select it in the shipping options when completing your purchase.

If you would like your order sent via express post for faster delivery please select it in the shipping options when completing your purchase.

Note: Some orders sent through Australia Post are currently experiencing significant delays.

While most orders do arrive quickly, Australia Post have stated that some orders may take as long as 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
